Great Reference

When I was a first year vet student this book was a great resource for my parasitology class. The class just happened to be taught by the author, Dr. Hendrix! The pictures of the parasites, along with their lifecycles made it easier to memorize and understand.

Very useful for Veterinary Technicians/Assistants.

This was a book required for my education as a veterinary technician - it is very useful and provides colored photos, illustrations, and life cycles. It also includes external and internal parasites of small animals, large animals, pocket pets, fish, and avian/non-avian reptiles. This book also goes into zoonosis and public health concerns.
Not as thorough as a book for veterinarians, but I found this book very useful for school and as a study aid.

Good photos

This book has great pictures and covers all the parasites I ended to learn about in school. The writing it very repetitive though. For example two paragraphs right next to each other will have the exact same information just written in a different order.
